Maintenance · Northern France
Website maintenance without subscription.
Interventions billed per request, with full transparency on time spent. Based in Lille, available for professionals anywhere in France, remotely.
The common problem
Maintenance subscriptions
Many agencies offer maintenance packages at 50, 100 or 150 euros per month. What that subscription actually covers often remains vague: one or two automatic plugin updates, a monthly report generated automatically, and little real intervention when the site is running fine.
You pay every month, whether there is work to do or not. And when you need something specific, it is usually outside the package and billed separately. This model creates dependency without guaranteeing real value.
What I offer
On-demand interventions
I bill what I do, when you need it. If your site runs without issues for six months, you pay nothing for those six months. When you need an intervention, I give you an estimate before starting, and you approve before I work.
Full transparency on time spent: you receive a summary of what was done, how long it took, and why. No "general maintenance" line on the invoice.
Scope
What is covered
CMS and plugin updates, with verification that nothing breaks afterwards. Bug fixes: a contact form that stops working, a broken display on mobile, a 404 error on an existing page.
Content additions: new pages, text changes, image updates. Security interventions: analysis of a compromised site, cleanup, access hardening. If your site has been hacked, that is something I can handle as well.
I work on sites I have built, but also on existing sites created by other providers anywhere in France, provided I have access to the files and database.
Pricing
From 150 €/intervention
This rate applies to a short intervention: update, simple fix, adding a content element. More complex work (reworking a section, tracking down a difficult bug, post-hack cleanup) is estimated and approved with you before starting.
For professionals with regular small requests, we can agree on a block of hours in advance: this simplifies billing without imposing a fixed subscription.
