The intention
Automate the flow of orders, stock levels and invoices from the EBP ERP to Shopify — no manual re-entry, no data gaps.
The execution
Custom PHP connector between the EBP ERP and the Shopify REST API. Every order placed on the site automatically flows into the ERP; stock levels and invoices sync back to Shopify without human intervention. Real-time triggering, silent error handling with structured logging.
The verdict
Connector live — zero manual re-entry, zero data gaps. Sales teams manage stock and invoicing from a single tool, EBP, without ever opening the Shopify back office. Real-time synchronisation eliminates the lag between ERP and storefront, the main source of errors in disconnected systems.
