Complete redesign of an ageing site and migration from PrestaShop to Shopify, with full customer database recovery and an identity challenge: rebuilding the logo into a bold calligraphic style.
The execution
Customer data extraction and transformation via SQL queries on the old PrestaShop database, Python scripts for structured import to Shopify. Custom Liquid development and full visual identity reconstruction, from logo to components.
The verdict
Migration completed without data loss — customer database and full catalogue transferred from PrestaShop to Shopify. The logo, rebuilt in a bold calligraphic style, anchors a now-coherent visual identity across every page. SQL extraction and Python scripts ensured data integrity throughout the process.
